The Royal LePage House Price Survey and Market Survey Forecast say the aggregate home price in Saskatoon decreased 1.9 per cent year-over-year in the second quarter of 2018. The value dropped to $370,927. The median price of a two-storey decreased 1.7 per cent to $400,804; the median for a bungalow decreased 2.2 per cent to $336,776. Royal LePage says the market is dealing with cautions home buyers and below average sales activity. It was partially offset by lower inventory levels. Over the next three months Saskatoon’s sales activity and inventory within the region are expected to trend closely to 2017 levels as the market enters its peak season. However, property values will likely remain relatively unchanged.
