Boundary Dam four and five will not be retrofit for carbon capture storage. Environment Minister Dustin Duncan says low natural gas prices and federal investment are the main factors. Ryan Meili agrees with SaskPower’s decision not to go ahead with carbon capture storage at Boundary Dam units four and five but feels the Sask Party should be talking with the Federal Government about Saskatchewan’s future with a carbon tax.
