One person is dead after a house fire around 2:30 this morning (fi) at 229 Avenue F North. Crews arrived to find smoke coming from the rear of the building. They made a quick interior attack and had the fire under control in 12 minutes. When firefighters searched the home they found a deceased adult. The cause is still under investigation. There is no damage estimate yet.
