As you hit the road this morning, gas has jumped. About 10 cents a litre. It is 131.9 for a litre of regular unleaded in Saskatoon this morning. And in terms of road work, a section of Taylor Street will be closed for the next 2 days, beginning after the peak morning commute. The road will be closed at McKinnon Avenue South for a water and sewer connection replacement.
Lane repaving and intersection work continues in the northbound lanes of Preston Avenue from Arlington Avenue just past Market Mall. And of course that massive reconstruction project on the Circle Drive northbound overpass over 33rd Street kicked off this week and is expected to take 2 and a half months.
