Safe Saskatchewan has announced the winners of the 2018 Saskatchewan Mission: Zero Awards. CEO Gord Moker says, “It was an honour to recognize these leaders who made exceptional efforts to improve the lives not only of their employees and their families but also of the community as a whole.” The three winners were: Pinter and Associates in the Small Employer Category, Namerind Housing Corporation in the Medium Category, and Saskatchewan Research Council in the Large Employer Category. At its ninth annual Saskatchewan Health and Safety Charter event, 50 leaders signed on to the Health and Safety Charter for the first time. Moker says, “The charter supports our vision of an injury-free Saskatchewan, and Mission: Zero, and its belief that the only acceptable number of injuries at work, at home, at play, on our road system, and on our farms and ranches is zero.”
