Saskatoon Police have made an arrest in connection with a string of robberies. There have been at least eight incidents where women were robbed of their purse. Many of them happened near St Paul’s Hospital on 20th Street. Shortly before 10:30 last night (sun), police received a call from someone who recognized the suspect after police posted a photo of her on their website. 28 year old Brittany Ben was arrested without incident and will appear in court today (mon). Police had said previously that she was wanted on numerous criminal charges including Robbery, Attempted Robbery and Defrauding Robbery Victims.
