RCMP Search for Missing Man

Shellbrook RCMP are asking for the public’s help in locating 26 year old Phillip Quincey. He is from the Shellbrook/Canwood district. He was last seen near Highway 55 between the two communities Thursday afternoon around 4:25. Police say he may have tried to catch a ride with someone on the highway.
