It is illegal to buy, trade, barter or sell wild meat. And that includes on Facebook. A Saskatoon man recently pleaded guilty in Saskatoon court under the The Wildlife Act for doing just that. Mitchell was fined a total of $3,380 and received a five year suspension from purchasing a hunting license.
