A former Yorkton gynecologist who went on trial for allegedly sexually assaulting patients, has been found guilty on 4 counts.
74-year-old Mohammed Haque was accused of assaulting 16 women, following an R-C-M-P investigation that started in 2001.
In Yorkton Court of Queen’s Bench today (Tue), the judge found Haque not guilty of the other 12 charges.
Sentencing submissions have been scheduled for June 22nd.
