Indigenous health is the focus for three University of Saskatchewan researchers.

Angela Bowen of the College of Nursing is leading a study into culturally secure births in the province.

Gary Groot of the College of Medicine will work on advancing Indigenous health knowledge.

And Vivian Ramsden from the College of Medicine is tasked with working along-side residents on the Sturgeon Lake First Nation.

They will get 250-thousand dollars each over the next three years.
