A violent domestic dispute has landed a 37 year old man in police cells. Around 4:20 Thursday afternoon, a neighbor called police after hearing a woman screaming in the Silverwood Heights neighbourhood. Before police got there, a male suspect had left. The police plane was able to locate and track the suspect heading north on Wanuskewin Road. The plane tracked him driving at high speeds and erratically North West of the city where he ended up in a ditch. That’s where he was arrested. He is charged with Assault, Forcible Entry, Unlawful Confinement, Evading Police, and weapons-related charges. He is in court today [fri].
