The Canadian Federation of Agriculture has sent an open letter to Members of Parliament.
Bill C-49, the Transportation Modernization Act, is back on the House of Commons agenda after being amended by the Senate.
Shippers and farmers lobbied for those amendments and want to see Bill C-49 passed before MP’s leave for summer holidays in June.
Railways service delays this winter have created major cash flow issues for producers.
