Two people have been charged in Friday’s armed robbery of a Preston Avenue business.
Police say they got away after pointing a firearm at a security guard in the business on the 17-hundred block.
Saskatoon City Police noticed the suspect vehicle at around 12;30 this afternoon and the arrests were made without incident.
Officers didn’t find a gun but located a machete in the car which turned out to be stolen.
A 28-year-old Spiritwood man is charged with robbery and possession of stolen property.
A 22-year-old woman is charged with theft.
