It was exactly one year ago today [tues] that Happy Charles disappeared. She was last seen in Prince Albert on 20th Street West. Detectives with the Criminal Investigation Division have been investigating. They have had help from RCMP and even the Saskatoon Police Service. Police are asking anyone who knows something to contact them or Crime Stoppers.
