It’s, finally, back to work Friday night for the Saskatoon Blades as they host the Lethbridge Hurricanes.

The Bridge City Bunch’s last action was Sunday’s 4-2 loss to Moose Jaw. The Canes are starting a four-game road trip in the East Division…the first three visits to the teams battling for the two Eastern Conference wild-card playoff spots. Lethbridge has a post-season berth clinched with a 31-25-6 record…just four points back of Central Division-leading Medicine Hat with two games in hand. The 31-29-3 Blue and Gold are tied with Prince Albert, six points back of Brandon. Expect Nolan Maier (pictured) to be in goal and Dawson Davidson returning to the Blades defence for the 7-05 first faceoff. The broadcast on 92-9, THE BULL is 6-30. Meanwhile, the Raiders go to Swift Current and the Wheat Kings are home to Moose Jaw.
